Tell us what happened

Questions, a cut-out that missed, or a background you wish existed. A short message is plenty; say what you were working on and what you expected.

Writing from backgroundreplacer.com

Used to reply, nothing else.

Which page you were on, the kind of photo and what you expected. Describe the picture rather than attaching it.

Nothing is sent until you press Send, and never a picture.

Useful things to mention

  • A cut-out. Lost hair, a halo, a missing hand, or a model that picked the wrong subject.
  • A background. A preset you would like, or one that looks wrong at a certain size.
  • Batch. A queue that stalled, a ZIP that did not download, or file names you need.
  • Anything else. Ideas, corrections to the guides, partnerships.
